A usage review at pilot completion will present post-pilot plan options based on your property size. There is no pressure and no automatic billing — the pilot concludes cleanly with no charges.
Is SMS usage really included?
Yes — up to 500 SMS per month during the pilot period. Most small to mid-size properties operate well within that limit.
Do residents need to download an app?
No. Residents receive a standard SMS text message and tap a secure link to confirm pickup. No app installation, no account creation required.
What if we already use Fetch or another package service?
UnitFlow operates alongside third-party services. Packages that arrive directly at the leasing office receive a structured intake and notification workflow instead of falling through the cracks.
